Inheritance that crosses borders.

Argentine law firm in Rosario specialised in international inheritance. I work with heirs abroad who have inherited assets in Argentina, families with dual citizenship, and foreign professionals who need a reliable Argentine reference.

Argentine attorney (Colegio de Abogados de Rosario, Federal registration). I practice Argentine law and coordinate with lawyers or notaries in your jurisdiction for the part of a case governed by your country's law.

About

The lawyer behind the firm.

I graduated from UCA. My career began at the courts of Santa Fe and then in law firms in Rosario. My main dedication is succession law — trained with my father, former president of the Institute of Succession Law of the Rosario Bar. That training is where my specialisation in inheritance that crosses borders was born.

Chapter 1 · Opening

Legados Cruzando Fronteras.

Someone has died. There is a house in Argentina, an apartment in Rome and heirs in Madrid. The question is not whether the estate can be handled — it is where to start and how to coordinate two jurisdictions without the file contradicting itself.

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask me.

Can I hire you if I live abroad and inherited assets in Argentina?
Yes. This is the typical case clients consult me for. We work remotely by video call and a notarized power of attorney, and you do not need to travel to Argentina at any stage of the case, except in rare situations. I coordinate directly with your lawyer or notary at home for the part governed by your country's law.
Are you licensed to practice law in my country?
No. I am an attorney admitted in Argentina (Colegio de Abogados de Rosario, Federal registration). I practice Argentine law. For the part of your case governed by the law of your own country, you need a lawyer or notary there. I coordinate with the professional you choose, or point you to one if you don't already have a trusted contact.
What languages do you work in?
Spanish (native), Italian and English. Meetings with international clients are held in whichever of the three you prefer.
How much is the initial consultation?
It is free. It lasts 20 to 30 minutes and it is a conversation, not a commitment. I explain how your case looks under Argentine law and tell you whether I can help. If we decide to proceed, you receive a written quote with clear figures before any work begins.
Contact

The first step is a conversation.
