Four stages for every case.

How I work, from the first conversation to the closing of the case.

Listen

We meet by video call, or in person if you are in Rosario. You tell me the case, I listen. You send me documents, you send me questions. No quotes before I have understood what it is about. The initial consultation is free.

Diagnose

I study the documents, analyse the legal position, test the technical assumptions. I send you a written analysis with: what your case is under Argentine law, what the options are, what the risks are, and the likely timelines.

5–10 days · Written document

Strategy

You choose the path you prefer on the basis of the analysis. I send you a written quote with timelines, costs, stages of the case and payment terms. You sign the engagement and we begin.

Execution

I open the case, update you regularly on progress (an email at every relevant step), and flag decisions that need your signature ahead of time. When the case closes I hand you the complete file with everything in it.

How long does a first consultation last?
Between 20 and 30 minutes. It is free and without commitment. Enough to understand your case and give you a first legal reading.
How do you keep me informed of progress?
I send you an update whenever there is a relevant procedural movement or a decision to make. No spam: only what you need to know. Email or video call, as you prefer.
Do you also work preventively?
Yes. Much of civil, contract and succession law is better handled before the conflict exists. Estate planning, drafting contracts, family protocols: the best litigation is the one that never arrives.
What happens if my case needs an expert or an outside professional?
I coordinate it and give you the quote first. I have a stable network of accounting experts, notaries, translators and professionals in Italy and Spain. You pay their professional fees directly to them; mine are separate and always quoted in advance.
