Data I collect

Only what you send me voluntarily by email (name, email, description of your enquiry). There are no contact forms on this site.

Purpose of processing

To reply to your enquiry. If we decide to work together, the data will be added to the case file under professional secrecy.

Legal basis

Explicit consent (your voluntary choice to write to me). Performance of a contract (professional engagement) if we become client and attorney.

Retention

I keep the emails of enquiries that do not convert for 12 months. Active files, according to the applicable legal terms (generally 5 years after the closing of the case under Argentine legislation).

Rights of the data subject

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability provided by the GDPR (Reg. EU 2016/679) and by Argentine law 25.326. Write to me at info@stranojosefina.com with your request. Reply within 30 days.

Transfer of data to third parties

I do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law or strictly necessary for your case (with your explicit consent).

Security

I take reasonable measures to protect the data. No system is perfect: if you notice anything unusual, let me know.

Complaints

Clients resident in the European Union may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (for Italy: Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali — www.garanteprivacy.it). Clients resident in Argentina: Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.
