The lawyer behind the firm.
Background, career and a clear method for every case.
Attorney admitted in Argentina (Colegio de Abogados de Rosario, Federal registration). I am not admitted to any bar outside Argentina. I practice Argentine law and coordinate with lawyers in your country for the part of a case governed by your country's law.
I am a lawyer, a graduate of the Universidad Católica Argentina. My path began in the Judiciary of Santa Fe and then in the law firms of Rosario, where I learned that the law — when practised with rigour — is a tool for restoring clarity to the confusing moments of life.
My main dedication is succession law. I trained with my father, Dr. Lelio Strano, former president of the Institute of Succession Law of the Rosario Bar. From him I learned that every succession is, first of all, a family story: documents that recount lives, assets that hold memories, heirs who need someone to carry the case forward while they carry the grief.
From that training my specialisation was born: inheritance that crosses borders. Families abroad with assets in Argentina, Argentine heirs with assets abroad, dual passports, real estate still registered in the name of the grandparent who emigrated in the 1950s. Cases with two jurisdictions that must speak the same legal language, even when the spoken languages differ.
I also work in the regulation of artificial intelligence. From the legal team of AIPIA (the Italian Association of Artificial Intelligence Professionals, Rome) I follow the articulation between the European AI Act and Latin American regulatory frameworks. Three jurisdictions — Argentina, Italy, the European Union — and a single conviction: every case deserves time, judgement and honesty.
